Use of our services is at your own risk. Swift EV is not liable for delays, pre-existing vehicle issues, battery performance, or indirect damages. We are not an emergency response provider—call 911 for urgent roadside or safety situations.

  • Related services such as flat tire support, fuel delivery (for hybrids), and jump-starts

All services are subject to availability and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request at our discretion.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Ensure your vehicle is accessible and safe to service

  • Follow instructions from Swift EV staff during any in-person service

  • Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, technology, or platforms

3. Payments and Billing

All payments must be made through approved methods at the time of service or booking. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Promotional offers, membership rates, or discounts may have specific terms.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide accurate location access may result in service fees.

4. Limitation of Liability
