Refund Policy

At Swift EV, we are committed to providing convenient and reliable mobile EV charging and support. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle all refund requests with fairness and transparency.

1. Cancellations & Full Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel your scheduled service at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • We are unable to fulfill your service request due to issues on our end (e.g., equipment failure, technician unavailability, or weather-related cancellations).

2. Late Cancellations & Partial Refunds

If you cancel less than 2 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of up to 25% may be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and dispatch costs.

3. No-Shows & Missed Appointments

If our technician arrives at your confirmed location and is:

  • Unable to access your vehicle

  • Unable to reach you after reasonable attempts

  • Turned away or the service is refused on arrival then your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and you may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Services Rendered

Once a service has been completed, it is non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address the issue and, if appropriate, offer service credit or other resolution.

5. Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership plans are billed monthly or annually.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time to avoid future charges.

  • Refunds for unused time on monthly or annual memberships are not typically issued, but exceptions may be made in cases of billing error or technical issues.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us within 7 days of the scheduled service with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Service date and time

  • Location of service

  • Reason for the refund request

We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
